As the Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be a critical part of our North America Sales organization. You will work under the guidance of our North America Sales Team and support our growth in a fast-paced and growing market. If you’re looking
to gain Sales and Administrative experience and are highly organized and detail-oriented, we’d like to hear from you!

You will

• Support North America Sales Team members with all administrative processes and be a key point of contact for the Sales Team
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand sales
• processes and channel needs
• Review relevant literature and analyze findings by creating presentations and pitch decks
• Assist with record keeping and data cleaning in Salesforce CRM
• Act as main point of contact for internal and external Sales team inquiries
• This role requires a self-motivated individual ready to take on a broad range of requests

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0-2 years experience in sales, operations, marketing, or related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft suites (GSlides, GSheets, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Team player in an international and multicultural team environment
• Highly motivated with a passion for Wallbox
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Eligible to work in the US
